Pilot MemoGraphOps: operational memory workbench for SAP AMS incident response

Product-project framing for MetalHatsCats · Last updated: 2026-03-21

Why this pilot exists

SAP AMS and similar support-heavy teams keep paying investigation cost on repeat. Knowledge lives across tickets, deploy logs, chats, dashboards, and whoever still remembers the last outage. MemoGraphOps is the pilot answer to that problem:

New incident text in. Prior operational memory out. Related context surfaced. Next checks suggested with visible evidence and trust factors.

The pilot goal is a credible, explainable responder workbench that can be shown to real teams and evaluated as a controlled beta product, not just an internal prototype.

Pilot Scope

  • 1One primary incident workspace with text intake, service filters, top matches, and suggested next checks.
  • 2Graph-backed retrieval across incidents, reusable memories, artifacts, process notes, and change signals.
  • 3Trust factors, human feedback capture, and reviewer queues so the system stays explainable and governable.
  • 4Pilot posture strong enough for product demos, discovery calls, and controlled beta discussions.

System Shape

  • Responder-facing incident UI for grounded retrieval, not generic chat.
  • Operational memory graph linking incidents, checks, notes, changes, and reusable memories.
  • Curation and review loops so quality improves through feedback instead of silent drift.
  • AI layer constrained by explainability and observable evidence rather than opaque free-form answers.

Commercial & Delivery

This project helps show a stronger studio story: we do not only ship services and essays, we also build productized operational systems with a clear category, a narrow thesis, and a pilotable workflow.

MemoGraphOps complements Konturo by moving from change analysis into incident memory and responder guidance. It creates a clearer bridge between the SAP AMS knowledge base, the agentic systems collection, and the public services surface.

Next Moves

  • Add a deeper product brief or docs subtree if the workspace and governance model need long-form documentation.
  • Publish supporting agentic and AMS essays that link back into MemoGraphOps intent clusters.
  • Extend machine-readable AI discovery files as product specifics get sharper.
