Brali provides a curated library of practical “hacks” and ideas intended for self-improvement. It is an informational tool, not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).

2. Personal Use

Brali is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. How you integrate ideas and practices into your routine is entirely up to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Brali. You are responsible for your device, settings, and internet connection, and for complying with applicable laws.

4. Sharing Content

You may share hacks you find helpful with others for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please include a link or credit to Brali. Do not sell, redistribute at scale, or repackage content without our prior written consent.

5. Responsibility & Self-Help Disclaimer

You accept full responsibility for any outcomes from applying Brali’s ideas. Effectiveness varies by individual. Brali is not a substitute for professional care; if you have health or mental-health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

6. Performance, On-Device Data & Privacy

Brali may collect anonymous diagnostics (e.g., crashes, performance, popular sections) to improve stability. Brali does not require login; your notes and progress are stored on your device. If you uninstall or change devices, this local data cannot be restored by us. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

7. Updates & New Content

We regularly add or refine features and content. Please keep Brali updated to access the latest improvements. Where feasible, we’ll notify you about material changes in-app.

8. Intellectual Property

Brali, its content, and related materials are owned by MetalHatsCats or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. No other rights are granted.

9. User Conduct

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.
• No unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the Service.
• No harassment or illegal content if any sharing/UGC features are present.

10. App Stores & Purchases

If you download Brali from Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store, your use is also subject to the respective store’s terms and policies. Purchases and refunds (if any in the future) are handled by the store; we do not store payment card details.

11. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve functionality and user experience. When feasible, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

12. Dispute Resolution

If an issue arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally before other remedies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetalHatsCats and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of Brali.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MetalHatsCats is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply.
