Weaknesses (W)
— honest constraints and risks we can change, gradually. Ask: What would stop this 14‑day test from showing progress? Write items like:

Opportunities (O)
— external shifts we can exploit. Ask: What can we leverage that might accelerate progress in 14 days? Examples:

Be skeptical: annotate the probability (low/medium/high). Opportunities should be concrete and timestamped when possible. If it's uncertain, schedule a 10‑minute verification task to confirm.

Threats (T)
— external downsides that might happen. Ask: What could derail the experiment? Examples:

For threats, estimate severity (1–5)

Define the experiment

Write a short experiment statement in Brali or in your notebook:
